Though my professional IT career began when I was a Data Network Specialist in the Marine Corps, my experience dates back as far as my childhood, when my parents owned a computer consulting business, and I grew up installing Windows 3.1 from a stack of floppy disks when I was just a small boy.

I believe that a leader has the greatest impact by demonstrating through their actions that no task is below them. When I ask something of my team, I make sure that it's something I am willing to do as well. A leader looks out for everyone on their team, because without the team, the leader is just one person.
